SHAFTLESS SCREW CONVEYOR
Shaftless Screw Conveyors' simple, pipeless design employs fewer parts than conventional shafted screw conveyors, reducing capital cost and lifetime maintenance costs, improving conveying efficiency and eliminating many of the flow-impeding issues common with shafted screw conveyors.
This plant can be used for metering & transporting and storage purposes. Its shape enables it to move the materials that are to be transported as far as the unloading hole, and to move materials horizontally and sometimes inclined at different angles, depending on requirements.

SLIDING FRAME
technology for optium discharge non-free flowing materials,
e.g dewatered sludge, woodchips
A sliding frame is an extremely efficient method that allows non-free flowing material to be discharged from a round flat bottom silo or receival bunker. These bulk material can easily block the bottom of a silo by forming a bridge of material.
The sliding frame is designed with a cross-section that when travelling in one direction, slides under the stored material, in the other direction will push the material.
The action of the hydraulic system breaks any bridges when moving in one direction, and slide under the material when moving the opposite direction, thereby pushes/pulls the material toward the centre of the silo for discharge. At the same time, we can adjust the quantity of material transportation through the control scheme of the sliding frame to ensure accurate metering.
